Dr. Lockhart teaches CardioWaves at the university level and has done so for 25 years. Finally this incredible program is being made available to you. CardioWaves is interval training, short bursts of exercise each followed by deep breathing and relaxation, that can be done by every individual. This is the most effective and efficient form of exercise and relaxation that improves the whole being, body, mind and spirit. Even if you are totally out of shape, this is the preferred form of exercise because you cannot over do or harm yourself if you follow the guidelines that are very easy to do. If you are in good shape, this will be most effective for you to maintain or even get in better shape.
CardioWaves is excellent for weight loss, increased muscle tone, cardiovascular fitness, reducing the negative effects of stress and for countering depression with improved mood. It also promotes lower blood pressure and pulse rate. What’s more, it is actually fun and enjoyable! As you do your rest interval and deep breathing, it feels as if you are getting a mini-massage.
